Early Years Support

High quality learning and teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage is extremely important because it lays the foundations for all future learning. I offer EYFS support, advice and training on all areas of the EYFS including coaching, modelling and mentoring,
sharing of best practice,
developing robust improvement strategies and
support in preventing underachievement of children, particularly those in vulnerable groups. Developing learning across the Prime areas to ensure learning progress for all children and creating stronger links between the EYFS and Year One.

I offer a wide range of Training and Support services including the following: Raising attainment across the Good Level of Development (GLD),
Characteristics of Effective Learning,
Observation, Planning and Assessment,
Child initiated learning,
Developing learning environments,
Developing the use of the outdoor learning environment and free flow play, brain development and staff well being. All training can take place either face to face or virtually.

Support for International EYFS Schools & Kindergartens

I can provide support & training for International EYFS based Schools and Kindergartens. If you are using the British EYFS Curriculum or would like to explore and learn more about how the EYFS Curriculum is implemented, please get in touch. 

Training and support can be delivered via Microsoft Teams.  I have experience of working with Schools and Kindergartens in many different countries including Australia, China, Hong Kong and Africa.

All training and support are designed to fit your individual requirements.  I have a good understanding of different educational systems and how the British EYFS Curriculum can be incorporated either fully or partially into your School or Kindergarten.

Working with goodboy Digital for Cbeebies App

I worked on a project for CBeebies with goodboy Digital.  As the Early Years Education Consultant on the team I advised on educational content in the development of the learning App – ‘Get Creative’.  The App is based on fun filled creative play activities and has recently been voted the number one learning App for young children.
